In the event you cannot make a booked Tour or Ride we ask that you contact us ASAP so we can make the arrangements for cancellation. A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of time frame. Cancellation fee of 50% of total Tour or Ride cost will be charged if you cancel within 7 days of your tour booking or Ride. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking you will be charged the full cost of Tour or Ride . bookings will be charged per person at the number of people booked even if the number of people participating is less than booked.
